I’ve compiled a *working* list of scholarly sources at the intersection of race and environment. It focuses primarily on North America and the history of racial formation (my areas of expertise), and contains dedicated sections for settler colonial studies as well as the far-right, eugenics, and ecofascism. This list of research is meant to be comprehensive but not exhaustive, so please email me any glaring omissions and I will add them! Left off this list are 1) Primary texts except for a *few* exemplary pieces of ecofascism to provide scope and 2) Popular articles save for a few I’ve found to be especially teachable featured at the beginning, and a compilation of useful popular pieces at the end.
